Abstract: 

In the course of developing guidelines, plans, programs and NATIONAL measures, public policy-makers and managers follow two macro approaches: locally customized ideas based on scientific ADMINISTRATION endeavor and interNATIONAL trend for the purpose of enhancing competitive strategies whereby NATIONAL ADMINISTRATION EDUCATION is carried out. To this end, this study attempted to explore any variables affecting this trend. In order to test a model based on which NATIONAL ADMINISTRATION EDUCATION is theorized and elaborated. As a mixed-approach research, the study was done both qualitatively and quantitatively. Data were collected trough a structured interview with the pertinent authorities and then “common themes” were identified and ultimately converted into a model. Quantitatively, the model was tested, the findings revealed that Iranian policy-makers at public ADMINISTRATION sector resort to gain EDUCATION from foreign sources in the light of the presenters exercised on them. Elaborating the status quo of Iranian ADMINISTRATION system in the framework of similar models can contribute a lot to theorizing to salve the prospective problems.

Abstract: 

Organizations rely heavily on human capital to carry out their tasks and missions. The development of organizational capital requires EDUCATIONal planning and the use of EDUCATIONal models and methods that achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness. What is of fundamental importance in this regard is the structures, conditions and characteristics of the organization that provide the possibility of successful implementation of EDUCATIONal programs and implementable models. The favorable structure and conditions lead to learning in the direction of the organizational mission and helps to improve the social culture of that society outside the organization. Today, in order to overcome today's turbulent and unstable environment, every organization is obliged to improve the capability of human resources in terms of knowledge, skills, attitude and strengthen continuous training and to plan, design and implement a long-term written program in order to overcome the challenges ahead. In a sense, it can be said that continuous EDUCATION is the only way to survive and cope with challenges along with sustainable development and personal plans. The concept of continuous EDUCATION has emerged in order to adapt to the fast and changing social and cultural life and has become an important indicator of the level of EDUCATION and employment conditions in developed and developing countries. Another necessity to pay attention to continuous EDUCATION lies in the nature of learning (forgetting in learning). This problem can be overcome by creating a continuous training and learning program. Continuous training transfers the responsibility from a system to an individual, according to which individuals are responsible for self-actualization and transformation in themselves. This transfer of the role of responsibility of continuous EDUCATION leads to building a sustainable and coherent social future as well as equipping people to learn how to know, do, and play an essential role in life. In this research, the aspects of learning in the tax affairs organization will be investigated and analyzed in order to achieve a comprehensive and barrier model that will determine the status of continuous EDUCATION in the tax affairs organization for us, and an introduction for future researches.

Abstract: 

Space management and administrative organization based on ADMINISTRATION divisions formed. ADMINISTRATION division of land into smaller administrative units and administrative systems is the relative authority. The regional divisions and local governments in the form of ranges that political units are planning identify development. Thus a close relationship between ADMINISTRATION divisions and NATIONAL development there.ADMINISTRATION Divisions of population density index was based on the inductive method has been consistent. This caused the Space into smaller components, increasing staff and great government is the government structure. The result of this type of ADMINISTRATION divisions, public budget divisions of government.This study analyzed the role of administrative divisions in NATIONAL development. This type of ADMINISTRATION divisions caused by the smaller units. As a result of the current ADMINISTRATION divisions obstacle is the NATIONAL development. Accordingly, a history of divisions and subdivision practices criteria that country was built upon it and its consequences have been analyzed. Finally, by providing two methods for improving Iran's ADMINISTRATION divisions include: first - the rating levels and divisions in the city and the second part - using methods comparable to some macro-regional division of the country, trying to exit out of this process is.This study descriptive - analytical study library - documentation system according to the ADMINISTRATION division issues in trying to dissect the role of divisions in NATIONAL development is Iran.

Abstract: 

Abstract Intuition is one of the characteristics of entrepreneurs and an important factor in the decision-making processes of entrepreneurs. In recent years, at the same time as the development of entrepreneurship as an interdisciplinary science, intuition and providing different definitions of it have not been noticed by researchers and researchers in this field, and many researches have not been written in this field. This is despite the fact that in other fields of humanities, especially management (with which entrepreneurship is closely related), basic sciences and even medical sciences, there is a suitable background and theoretical literature about this. On the other hand, it seems that the theoretical and epistemological foundations of this concept have not been researched as much as necessary in the few researches that have been conducted, and very little research has been done in this field. In this article, firstly, the definitions and researches about intuition are reviewed, and secondly, the little researches that have been done in entrepreneurship and its relationship with other sciences are discussed.

Abstract: 

EDUCATION is a continually developing activity, it shapes the way an individual develops their attitudes, thoughts and behavior. EDUCATION is not just about being literate but it is an overall development of the person in every aspect of their lives. A society's EDUCATIONal system can be greatly linked to its culture as the culture that one is in have an affect on the type of curriculum the institutions will develop in order to cater to every individual of that particular culture. EDUCATION moulds and shapes a society and it is influenced by the culture of the particular country or society. The EDUCATIONal system acts as a point of reference for the society's needs and demands. The principles that dominate this article is culture and EDUCATION are interrelated and interconnected. Every EDUCATIONal paradigm is influenced by the culture of the society in which it operates. This essay underlines the extensive connection between culture and EDUCATION. As a result, the goal of this essay is to depict these features from a Philosophical-Psychological Approach.

Abstract: 

Knowing the components of economic EDUCATION provides the dynamic background of EDUCATION in this field. The aim of the current research is to investigate the indicators and components of the economic EDUCATION curriculum. The approach of the current research is qualitative and its method is research synthesis. The research community is all the articles (211 articles) that have been presented from 1390 to 1401 AD and from 2010 to 2022 AD regarding economic EDUCATION in curricula. The sample of the research is 32 articles, which were selected based on thematic monitoring, theoretical data saturation, and purposefully. The research data were collected from the qualitative analysis of the studied articles. By analyzing the data, the dimensions of vitality in the curriculum of the elementary school in 4 factors and 55 categories including the dimension of individual factors (including indicators and components related to personality characteristics); The dimension of culture and economic ethics (economic fields in the society); The dimension of economic concepts and knowledge (indices in economic EDUCATION) and the dimension of collective and communication concepts (communication and interaction indicators in EDUCATION) were classified. Economic EDUCATION is dependent on internal and external components in EDUCATIONal systems, which requires macro-planning in this field.

Abstract: 

Competency-based human resource management is a powerful tool that emphasizes peoplechr('39')s behaviors and contributes to organizational success. The purpose of this study is to present a model of managerial competencies of managers in the tax ADMINISTRATION. This research was done by combined method and for this purpose in the quantitative part using Morgan table, 356 people were selected by simple random method and in the qualitative part, 30 people were purposefully selected from the managers of the Tax Affairs Organization as a sample. The data of this research were collected using library studies, interviews and questionnaires. In the qualitative part, MAXQDA software has been used and in Quantitative part, SPSS and AMOS software have been used. By analyzing qualitative data and reviewing the texts, a questionnaire was developed and after confirming and completing the questionnaires, the model was presented using confirmatory factor analysis and the accuracy of the model was examined. According to the research findings, the model of the dimensions of mental health, perfectionism, communication, commitment, individual ability, mental and social health in the field of general competencies, dimensions of managerial personality, managerial communication, managerial skills and leadership in the field of competencies Management, dimensions of tax intelligence and tax knowledge in the field of specialized skills were formed.

Abstract: 

Introduction: Academic faculty members need to emphasize ethical principles in order to improve higher EDUCATION, with the understanding of this importance, the current research was conducted with the aim of designing the ethical model of academic faculty members in Iran's higher EDUCATION. Material & Methods: This research is a type of qualitative study that uses foundational data theory. The participants, including experts and faculty members of the country's public universities, who were responsible for the promotion of academic members, were selected as key informants through a targeted sampling method of 45 people. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews. The reliability and validity of the data were obtained from the two methods of reviewing the participants and recoding by experts. Data were analyzed by open, central and selective coding. Results: The results showed that the moral model of faculty members in Iran's higher EDUCATION is explained in 10 main categories and 27 subcategories. Major and core categories in the form of 6 dimensions of causal conditions including (individual factors, organizational factors), core (cultural-EDUCATIONal, EDUCATIONal ethics, research ethics, scientific-executive), background conditions (higher EDUCATION policies, moral activism), intervening conditions (environmental factors), strategies (micro level-university, macro level-higher EDUCATION) and consequences (individual and organizational) were elevated to a higher abstract level and finally the research paradigm model was presented. Conclusion: The regulations for the promotion of academic staff members in Iran require a detailed revision of the content with an ethical and qualitative approach in order to make the indicators of the promotion regulations efficient and effective.

Abstract: 

Due to the unique features of the Extensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL), its application to organizations has many benefits. Therefore, the present study tries to identify the appropriate acceptance model of Extensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) by employees of Iranian NATIONAL Tax ADMINISTRATION as a prerequisite for its use and application in the organization, by examining the basic acceptance models of new technologies. The tax affairs organization of the country as an executive body of the tax system plays an important role in achieving tax revenues and undoubtedly the adoption and application of advanced technologies, including the Extensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL), improves the performance of its employees and consequently increases revenues Government tax and, consequently, realization of macroeconomic goals. Therefore, it is expected that the staff of Iranian NATIONAL Tax ADMINISTRATION adopt the eXtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) and according to the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), the main factor in accepting this new technology by employees of Iranian NATIONAL Tax ADMINISTRATION is perceived usefulness as a result of its positive impact on the qualitative information characteristics.
